Services

We represent a wide variety of insurance companies in order to provide cost effective benefit solutions for employers and employees. All insurance company recommendations are based upon product features and availability, underwriting, claims paying process and financial strength.

The staff at BCS takes pride in the fact that we are independent brokers of supplemental insurance and benefit packages both for active employees and for retirees. It is the intent of BCS to also act as an advisor providing thorough due diligence in the search for Insurance products, value-added services and experienced representatives who will offer the selected programs to employees/members through their own Employers, Unions and Associations.

BCS has the ability to offer sponsored products and services either on a voluntary basis or partially or fully paid by the sponsoring employer or employee group. Using companies and products approved by the sponsoring group, BCS can take over and service any existing benefit package, search the market for new benefits, and market them on a site by site basis to all employees/members of the sponsoring group. BCS will enroll members only in the selected and approved companies and provide partial or full service Third Party Administration, as needed.

BCS also has the ability to work with and coordinate open enrollments for both core plans and voluntary supplemental services and programs. Some of the Insurance Plans and Value-added Services are:

 Most of the products and services offered to members can also be offered to the families of members and can be done through existing payroll deduction such as dues or new ones. BCS will work closely with employer and other staff to make certain this process will be a smooth operating function.

These services and products can be specifically designed to meet the needs and desires of most employers/groups looking to save money yet provide top of the line benefits. Enrollments are tailored to meet the group’s accessibility and contact with employees and employers are on-going, including secure web site availability.
